Computer: Dell Alienware 15 R2 with the 4k video card.

I have installed Office 2007 on my new Alienware laptop running Windows 10 Pro 64. All of Office 2007 works well except for one issue:

When adding a new Outlook email account or data file the input box covers the entire vertical screen - the bottom pane with the [Back] [Next] [Cancel] buttons are below the screen and cannot be seen without manually moving the screen upward with [Alt] [SpaceBar]. I can still manipulate the program using the [Tab] button from memory, but certainly the entire input box should be visible as it is with Windows 7. I also noticed that the typical [Min] [Max] and [Close] icons are missing at the upper right corner of the box. There is only the [Close] box.

Since all of outlook otherwise works normally, it appears to be a video issue. I tried the compatibility checker, and it indicates that Outlook 2007 is not compatible, although various online references on answers.microsoft.com say that it is compatible.
